We are pleased to introduce our factory and its operations to you for a better understanding of our control of quality of our products. Ever since we started making bags and leather goods in China in 1988, we have been targeting at improvement of our quality and the working environment for our workers over time. Our factory was designed with 2 semi detached buildings: a 4-storey attached to a 3-storey, of total usable area over 100,000 square feet, with workers' dormitories built in its neighborhood housing about 400 workers. The ground floor was partitioned to accommodate our office, showroom, samples making room, materials and parts store rooms; and the remaining open areas was allocated for the materials cutting and edges printing sections.
The 2nd floor provided spaceous areas for our production activities such as spare parts assembling, sewing, quality inspection and packing sections for bags, brief cases, leather goods and wallets.
The 3rd and 4th floors are reserved for future production expansion.
In addition to our production areas, we have other areas assigned for workers' leisure and sport as well, such as basketball and badminton courts.
